Across the bay residential care home is a well established care home in the heart of Morecambe for over 30 years which has recently come under new management in October 2019, Since then the home has gained an excellent reputation amongst Health Care professionals and residents for a high standard of personal care with a homely and friendly ambience The team has successfully run other care homes which have been granted a good rating by the CQC. Their vision is to ensure residents lives are enriched through the person-centred approach.
We are passionate about providing high-quality care that is tailored to residents' individual needs, allowing them to feel comfortable at our homes. This person-centred approach enables our staff members to care for each resident's specific needs and ensure their personal goals are met.
We believe that our core values allow residents to feel fulfilled and comfortable. We actively work as a partnership and understand the deep importance of family support. Therefore, we encourage families to be involved in their loved one's care as much as possible, for example, by using a suggestions box to share ideas for improvement.

To ensure the standard of care is always excellent, we continuously invest in both staff training and the refurbishment of our facilities.
